SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL
NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Hendricks
Furniture Group ("HFG") having an address of 1123 Fourth
Street SW, Conover, NC 28613.
3. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents
of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years
of age or older and have a valid "opted-in" e-mail address.
4. Employees, officers and directors of Hendricks
Furniture Group and /or affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, and their
advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members
and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
All federal, state, and local laws apply.
5. There is only one way to enter the Sweepstakes.
Register on Boyles.com between September 1, 2008 12:00 AM (ET) and October
31, 2008 12:00 PM (ET). Registered users may enter drawing on daily basis
(once every 24 hours) to increase chances of winning.
6. The computerized random drawing will take place
before November 5th, 2008.
7. Winner will be notified via e-mail within fifteen
days of the date of the computerized random selection. HFG is not responsible
for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures
or delivery problems of any kind. In the event the winner cannot be contacted,
the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All results of the selection
are final and binding.
8. In the event a winning entry is discovered to
be invalid for any reason or the person who submitted the winning
entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery
of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner.
9. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible
entries received. Only one winner will be awarded the prize.
10. Winner will receive free delivery within the 48
states. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be substituted
or transferred by the winner.
11. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SALES, INCOME, OR
EXCISE TAXES DUE.
12. The winner will be required to sign an Affidavit
of Eligibility/ Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form. Unless
prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission
by the winner for the sponsor to use, without further compensation,
the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising.
13. All entry information and materials become the
property of HFG and will not be returned. Because personal information
is being collected, HFG encourages all contestants to review its privacy
policy. To read the privacy policy, go to www.boyles.com and click
on the link "Boyles Furniture Privacy Policy" at the bottom
of the page.
14. To participate in the sweepstakes, participants
must submit a valid e-mail address and mailing address. By doing so, each
contestant agrees to receive e-mail correspondence or direct US Mail materials
such as catalog brochures, product information, pricing quotes, sales
event ads or promotional marketing specials. At anytime you may cancel
your participation in the sweepstakes and any such correspondence by using
the opt out link on the bottom of the email correspondence, by sending
us e-mail at info@boylesfurniture.com with such a request or by calling
our Internet Department at (828) 326-1050.
15. HFG and/or affiliates, parents and subsidiaries,
and the employees, officers and directors of such parties assume no responsibility
or liability for, and all entrants agree to release and hold them harmless
from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action
of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes, the operation
of this Sweepstakes or the acceptances, possession, use or misuse of the
prize.
