Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on ABC

Boyles Distinctive Furniture joins with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to furnish a new home for the Riggins family in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will feature the Riggins family, who has consistently been faced with challenges. Their home was not equipped to accommodate either Linda or William Riggins' special health needs - Linda suffers from severe arthritis in her hip and William is legally blind.

The flooring in the home had become dangerously rotten, outdoor vines had started to grow inside through cracks in the walls and the house had become infested with insects. The couple has three children, and their chief concern was that their home would be condemned by the city and the family would be forced to split apart.

"We were more than happy to help when Extreme Makeover: Home Edition approached us with this special project," said Chad Hendricks, Executive Vice President, Boyles Distinctive Furniture.

"The Riggins family is obviously very deserving of this home makeover, and Boyles is thrilled to have the opportunity to furnish their house and help turn it into a home. We hope this furniture brings them many years of happiness."
