Q: I am experiencing problems logging into my boyles.com account, what can I do?

A: For users of Internet Explorer open your browser window. On the menu bar, click Tools, Internet options. Click the Delete Files button, then confirm with OK. Finally, click Delete Cookies. Close Internet Explorer and reopen.

For Users of Netscape open your browser window. On the menu bar, click Edit, Preferences. Expand the Advanced category by clicking one on the '+' sign. Highlight Cache. On the right, click the button Clear Memory Cache. Finally, click the Clear Disk Cache button. Exit Netscape and reopen.

For Users of Firefox open your browser window. On the menu bar, click Tools, Options… then Click on Privacy and go to the History tab and Click Clear Browsing History Now… then go to the Cookies Tab and Click Clear Cookies Now. Close Firefox and reopen.

Q: How do I get a user name and password?

A: You first need to click here to register and setup your user name and password to begin shopping.

Q: What is my username and or password to login to the website?

A: Your user name is the email address you registered with and your password will be the password you made during the registration process. If you are not sure what your registered e-mail address is, or if you are having trouble logging into the system, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@boylesfurniture.com.

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?

A: If you are a boyles.com member and you simply forgot your password, please click here, enter your username (same as your e-mail address), and click "Submit" and your password will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Please login with your user name and current password. Click on the edit your online profile link. Then go down to Password and Confirm Password. Erase what is there and type a new password in both Password and Confirm Password boxes. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes.

Q: How do I change my email address?

A: Please login with your user name and current password. Click on the edit your online profile link. Then go down Email. Erase what is there and type a new Email address in the box. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes.

Q: Do you have a product catalog you can mail me?

A: Yes we do, please email your name and address to us or call (828) 326-1050 and we will mail one to you ASAP.

Q: Why can I not see the images on boyles.com?

A: There are many reasons for you not being able to see images on boyles.com from your web browser. If you are seeing a red X where pictures should be that means your browser tried to download the pictures but could not. Most browsers will let you turn off downloading of images to make the pages load faster. First you need to check your browser and make sure you have Show Pictures set correctly.

For Internet Explorer, go in Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and then in the Multimedia section of the list, there's an item Show Pictures. Make sure that it is set to properly show images.

For Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools, Options then Web Features. There will be two check boxes UNCHECK “for originating website only” and CHECK the “Load Images”.

Next you need to check and see if you have ad-blocker software or content filtering software installed on your computer such as Zone Alarm, Google ad blocker, MacAfee blocking ads or a turbo booster. Many times these types of software can start blocking everything that is not text on websites.

Q: Why can I not see furniture prices online?

A: Due to manufacturer restrictions, we may not display our discount furniture prices online. We do however show pricing where it is possible. Please click here to view furniture and accessories. If the price is not visible please select "Add to Favorites" and "Submit" to Boyles and we will happily respond to your request. Registration is required.

Q: Why can I not get prices in chat?

A: Many of our manufacturers have restrictions that prohibit us from pricing their furniture online. However, a Boyles representative will happily phone you regarding your request for product information.
