| Boyles Distinctive Furniture has teamed with television
reality show HomeTeam to provide furniture to a Charlotte-area family
who is receiving the opportunity to own their first home. This marks
the sixth nationally-televised home makeover project for worthy families
to which Boyles has donated furniture and services over the past few
months.
In September and October of 2006, Boyles joined with The
Dr. Phil Show and DIY Network's DIY to the Rescue to design
and furnished interiors for three families whose homes were damaged
by Hurricane Katrina. Boyles recently participated in two additional
projects in which they furnished homes for ABC's Extreme Makeover:
Home Edition in Raleigh, N.C. (aired Sunday, January 21 at 8:00
p.m. EST), and Tampa, Fla. (scheduled to air on Sunday, March 4,
2007). |

HomeTeam, the nationally syndicated television program that gives
unsuspecting individuals or families the opportunity to own their
very first home, was in Gastonia, NC and surprised local residents
Davey and Sandy Garmon with their first home. The HomeTeam crew
and the Garmon's friends and family members remodeled and refurbished
the home which was "revealed" to unsuspecting Davey and
Sandy on Sunday, January 21.st
According to HomeTeam producers, Davey and Sandy Garmon met after
dealing with failed marriages.

| Together with Davey's daughter Jessica
and Sandy's son Jordan, the Garmons came together to create a new
family and welcome a new child, son Caleb, into the fold. Davey's
work as a mechanic is sometimes difficult due to a bad back, and
Sandy often holds down second jobs in addition to her full-time
work as an accountant with a local hospital. Both are ministers
in their church and dream of someday opening a shelter for the homeless.
"We were thrilled to join the Charlotte team of HomeTeam,"
said Chad Hendricks, Executive Vice President, Boyles Distinctive
Furniture. "Helping a family like the Garmons realize the dream
of home ownership is an once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are
pleased to be a part of turning their first house into their new
home. Our involvement in helping worthy families through all of
these life-changing projects, from HomeTeam to the other five homes,
has allowed Boyles Distinctive Furniture to underscore our commitment
to our community and give back to the people we serve in a meaningful
way."
"We're proud that we were able to meet HomeTeam's budget of
$15,000 and fill the Garmons' home with quality pieces valued at
full selling price," said Barbee Hamm, store manager of the
Boyles Distinctive Furniture showroom in Charlotte. "It is
our hope that these selections will give the Garmons many years
of enjoyment in their new home."
On Thursday, January 18, HomeTeam host Troy McClain, the show's
"ProTeam" crew, and a community of Garmon family and friends
began remodeling the home. Team leaders viewed furniture and filmed
in the Boyles showroom located at 7215 Smith Corners Blvd. (Harris
Blvd. and I-77) on Friday, January 19. Boyles' delivery experts
delivered and installed the furniture on Saturday, January 20. The
surprise "reveal" to the family was filmed on Sunday,
January 21.

ABOUT HOMETEAM
The HomeTeam one-hour "Cause" television show has
reached 94% U.S. coverage weekly on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW,
Superstation WGN cable and independent stations around the
country. For each show, unsuspecting individuals or families
receive a down payment, the first year's mortgage payments,
closing costs, costs of house renovation and furnishings for
their first home. Friends and family are enlisted over a four-day
period to add the final touches that will make the house a
home. Recipients are chosen each week from nominations submitted
to www.hometeam.com. Host, Troy McClain tells the story of
each family's dreams despite challenging life struggles, through
home videos, photographs and interviews from family and friends.
Then finally, at the end of each episode, the American Dream
is revealed - their very own home. HomeTeam is making the
American Dream a reality, one home at a time.
